Dumplings in broth
The dumplings dumplings or, in German, are a great first. Typical dish of the regions of Trentino, Friuli, Belluno and Tyrol. They are very good and ideal on cold winter days. My grandmother taught me that old bread is thrown and when preparing recipes using stale bread I think of his wisdom. This recipe dumpling soup is the classic recipe, but can be prepared with spinach, bacon, ham, dried beef and cheese. They are excellent served with creamed vegetables.
