Cold rice with dried beef
It's hot and you have to think of the cold dishes. This rice is a very delicate, with a few ingredients and a good result. For adults and children is delicious for a cold buffet. In the rice or pasta salads cold cuts are cut from the pork into slices and then chop them so they are better distributed nellimpasto.

- 80 grams sliced bresaola

- green and black olives, pitted

- parsley
Process
