Ingredients (3,95)

  • 375 gr flour 00 200 gr butter 180 grams sugar 8 egg yolks 1 lemon juice 1 packet baking powder pinch salt powdered sugar to decorate
Notes: 26 cm cake tin

Process

  1. Beat until creamy the butter with the sugar. Add the egg yolks one at a time. Sieve flour and salt and add yeast mixture and then put the lemon juice.

  2. I put in the oven 180 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
